About
our company
Renewed Strength Collective is a registered 501(c)(3) Faith based non-profit organization that is dedicated to Strengthening Christians and Churches to Honor God with their bodies creating a full body Discipleship. Teaching the importance of fitness and nutrition and how it works in tandem with the work done for spiritual health from the Church.
Who We Are
-
Renewed Strength Collective exists to form disciplined, humble, biblically responsible disciples who honor God with their whole lives — body, soul, and spirit.
We believe that following Christ is not compartmentalized. It is embodied.
Our aim is to help churches cultivate men and leaders who take spiritual and practical responsibility: honoring God first, loving their families well, and strengthening their communities through steady, faithful action.
-
Isaiah 40:31 (where we get our name)
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint. (NIV)Romans 12:1
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. (NIV)
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. (NIV)
-
In today’s culture, discipleship is often reduced to information alone. Physical health is often treated as vanity or ignored entirely. Many believers desire to lead well in their homes and churches but lack a framework that integrates faith, discipline, and embodied stewardship.
Scripture teaches that our bodies are not incidental, they are entrusted to us by God (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). Our lives are meant to be offered wholly to Him (Romans 12:1).
Renewed Strength Collective was formed to help close the gap between belief and embodiment.
We believe:
Discipline is not self-glorification — it is obedience.
Strength is not dominance — it is capacity for service.
Leadership is not control — it is sacrificial responsibility.
Health is not vanity — it is stewardship.
When body, soul, and spirit are aligned under Christ, a believer’s life carries clarity and credibility.
-
We envision churches filled with men and leaders who step forward in faithful initiative.
Not louder men.
Not dominant men.
Not performative spirituality. But steady, humble, self-governed disciples who:
Initiate prayer at home.
Serve without being asked.
Lead with love and responsibility.
Care for their bodies with intention.
Stand firm under pressure.
Speak with quiet confidence rooted in Christ.
As men grow in disciplined devotion, families are strengthened. As families are strengthened, congregations grow healthier. As congregations grow healthier, communities are impacted.
Our long-term vision is to see a network of churches committed to forming integrated, embodied disciples — believers whose lives visibly reflect the transforming power of Christ.
-
Working with Churches and Individuals we will be teaching people how to Honor God with their bodies through primarily online fitness and nutrition coaching. Coaching will also include weekly scriptures and both online chat and video call discussions. We also believe this should be accessible to all economic levels.
Future plans would include community events and retreat style events
-
We are committed to:
The authority of Scripture
The centrality of Christ
The health of the local church
The dignity of every person
Formation that produces humility, not pride
Renewed Strength Collective does not pursue trends. We pursue faithfulness.
Our desire is not to build impressive men, but faithful ones; men who order their lives under God and, in doing so, become steady leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.
-
We pray for a generation of believers whose lives are integrated, whose habits reflect their theology, whose discipline reflects their devotion, and whose strength serves others.
We pray for churches where men step forward in sacrificial love.
We pray for communities that see visible evidence of Christ’s transforming work through the steady, humble lives of His people.
That is the work of Renewed Strength Collective.
While we are focused on starting with the men, all are welcome. In the future we also plan to expand to bring all of this to women and children as well.
